How does the Robo Snail stay out of the gravel or sand to avoid scratching the aquariums surface?

The user when programming the product sets the desired depth for the product to clean to depending on the users substrate level. It will be the users responsibility to set the depth to 3 inches above the substrate to avoid any chance of the product running into ground.

Specielt skulle jag vilja se framdrivningsanordningen på en glasyta där inre delen hålls uppe och ges kraft med hjälp av en magnet. Någon som tänkt på vilken igångsättningskraft som behövs när man skall dra igång en magnetisk algskrapa med handen?

This means you’ll either need one unit for each pane of glass, or, you may just have go clean the sides yourself. Inwall display tanks this may not be much of an issue. AGI does say they are still looking into this feature."
